Operational Principle

After being crushed into shivers less than 20mm, the materials are carried into store bucket by bucket-lifter then pull into the main frame by electro-vibrating feeder at fixed quantity for grinding. The five grinding roller devices that are hung on star rack in the main frame rotate around the center axis and the grinding roller makes the rotation around grinding roller and around the axis at the same time. with the effect of the centrifugal force, grinding roller sways outward and impacts grinding ring to place the grinding materials on shovel between them and achieve the crushing and grinding effects by the rolling and crushing of grinding roller, The crushed powder is blown into the analytic engine on the upper of main frame by the air current of air blower for divisional screening. The thicker than fine standard will fall into the main frame for regrinding and the qualified far fine standard will enter the large cyclone collector by the wind currents and then was discharged through the discharge pipe and becomes the finished product. The purified air current blows into air blower through the pipe on the upper of large cyclone collector. The wind is circular and the air current in the blows under pipeline negative pressure except that the air current from air blow to pulverizing room is under positive pressure. so the health conditions are good in the workshop. 

As the water in materials is heated by grinding to vapor into gas, the air that is discharged into air pipe at the flange junctions and feed inlet results in the growth of air volume in a circular air current. This increased air volume through the remaining air pipe between air blower and main frame makes the powder by air current with small box cyclone collector to be discharged by the dust collector without collection. At the same time, the air collects powder. The dust collecting system is environment-friendly and has no pollution.
